At Crestie Charm Cottage, every puppy placement and digital product is made with intention and care. This policy outlines how we handle refunds, returns, and cancellations across all aspects of our offerings — from digital downloads to puppy adoptions.

1. Puppy Deposits & Payments
All puppy deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your place in line for a current or future litter and represent a commitment on both sides.
If a specific puppy or litter becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., breeding doesn’t take, health concerns), your deposit may be transferred to a future litter, but not refunded.
Final payments for puppies are due prior to pickup or delivery. Failure to complete payment may result in loss of placement and forfeiture of deposit.

2. Rehoming or Guardian Program Fees
Any rehoming or guardian home placement fees are also non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing. These fees reflect time, care, and resources invested into each dog’s upbringing, health, and transition.

3. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., eBooks, printables, downloads, artwork), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital items.

4. Merchandise or Physical Products
If physical products are offered through Etsy, Amazon, or another platform, their individual refund and return policies will apply. Please refer to the respective seller policies where you completed your purchase.

5. Cancellations
We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel a puppy application or digital product order:
For puppy placements, notify us as early as possible. While deposits are non-refundable, early notice helps us offer the opportunity to another waiting family.
For digital products, cancellations are not applicable once the product has been downloaded or delivered.

6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in rare and extenuating circumstances, at our sole discretion. Any agreed-upon refund must be confirmed in writing.
